Vintage Racing Horse Serving Plate with gold handle

Found in Germany is a vintage French Racing Horse Serving Plate with gold handle. It can be used as a small serving dish, a dessert plate, a catch all, or any other use you can think of. It is white porcelain with a gold handle and gold trim around the edge. The handle can be taken off for easy storage. 

The plate is in fair condition from age and use. It has some marks (hard to photograph) and the gold is wearing off on the edge in areas. The gold handle shows the most wear, it has some spots and rust near the bottom. The bottom plate some yellowing near where the handle connects to the plate. Please take a close look at the images to see the wear.
